The Merry Crab is the ideal getaway for couples, families or groups. We can accommodate groups of twenty-eight comfortably (up to forty including children!) Great for small weddings, special birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions.

Peace and Quiet
What a lovely and peaceful place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach is just a small walk trough a small strip of beach forest, we saw a very small dear, too cute. What makes it special is the quiet beach, most of the time it was only us there. Close to shops and restaurants but far enough to experience peace of mind. We would definitely be back!

We all enjoy the days at the swimming pool as old friends after a long day at the beach or when to windy to go to the beach. Pets are welcome. Welcome to The Merry Crab
Come and experience Kwa Zulu Natal’s best-kept secret; a charming, informal and secure self-catering holiday hideaway carved out of the lush tropical vegetation of the Admiralty Reserve. From the resort, a shaded pathway through bush inhabited by duiker and dassie leads to golden sands and the warm blue ocean where schools of dolphin frolic in the waves and whales drift lazily by.
